Grow2Top provides digital services, including marketing strategy, optimization, consulting, campaign management, and related services. Since these are digital and time-based services, refunds may be limited once the service has started.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
✅ Payment is made but service is not started
✅ Order is cancelled within 24 hours (before work begins)
✅ Duplicate payment is made
✅ Technical issue results in service not being delivered
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
❌ Work has already started
❌ Results not achieved due to factors beyond our control (platform rules, algorithm changes, competition, business category, etc.)
❌ Customer fails to provide required details/information on time
❌ Change of mind after placing order
❌ Delays caused by customer
4. Service Adjustments / Support
If you face any issue, we first try to solve it by:
- Revising strategy
- Adjusting campaign plan
- Providing additional support
- Service credit (if applicable)
5. Refund Processing Time
If refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method used
